How can I request my registration?

Please request your B2B registration from your local Gepida Representative or Gepida Agent, or directly via this link so that you can access our platform. After registration, we will send you your own access code, which we ask you to change when you log in for the first time. Only registered and logged in Partners can initiate a purchase.

How long does the delivery take?

Your in-stock bike will be delivered to your store within 3-5 business days of your order. We will notify you when the bike arrives at the store.
In case of pre-order, our colleagues will coordinate the expected delivery date with you.

What shipping costs should I expect?

For our electric bikes, shipping costs are always calculated based on the number of pieces. Depending on the country, shipping costs above a certain number of pieces are calculated individually or may even be free of charge. Please check your Agreement or discuss with your representative.
When ordering parts and Gepida accessories, shipping costs are always calculated afterwards, after the complete package has been assembled. Our shipping cost table is available at the link below.

What stock statuses can I expect?

We try to keep all products in stock, ready for immediate delivery. If you would like to order a larger quantity than the available stock, please contact us. Despite our best efforts, some models may run out and become pre-orders. We can deliver these models within 2-4 weeks, depending on the quantity.
We will deliver our new models based on your individually agreed conditions, according to the confirmation of the pre-order placed.

Where can I view my unique discounts?

Your individual benefits and discounts are governed by your current Agreement. If your purchases do not reach the targeted order and purchased value range by the end of the season, the discount difference will be invoiced. If your purchase value exceeds the target by the end of the season, the difference of the additional discount will be deducted from the Dealer’s next invoice. If no pre-orders are made for the next catalog year, the discount for the given year is calculated based on the order(s) placed in the given catalog year. Discounts are calculated on the basis of the given condition table.

What are the guarantee conditions for Gepida pedelec?

The product is covered by a two-year full guarantee, which can be validated at the place of sale. The full guarantee covers the replacement of parts during the two-year period. You can find further information about the conditions of warranty and guarantee in our General Terms and Conditions.
The high quality, the professional manufacturing technology and the expertise of Gepida’s engineers ensure that we offer a lifetime guarantee for our bike frames, for which the end user should register your bike in our system.

How can I identify a Gepida bike?

The primary identifier of the frame is the frame number which is usually engraved into the lower part of the bottom bracket casing. In addition, manufacturers usually use their own identification numbers. The primary identifier on Gepida bikes is the 14-digit ID number which can be found on a barcode label located at the bottom part of the frame, near the engine in the case of e-bikes and below the bottom bracket for traditional bikes. If the barcode label is damaged, you can find the same identifier on the last page of the guarantee booklet.

Where can I seek assistance if there is a problem with a sold Gepida bike?

In the event of a complaint, always write to the official AfterSales contact e-mail of Gepida to aftersales@gepida.hu. Please do not forget to attach the 14-digit ID number of the bike, a short description about the complaint together with some pictures. Our colleague will respond as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days, regarding the resolution of the problem.
