Buying process

1. Please log in before making a purchase

You can log in to your account with your e-mail address and password.

If you do not have an account, please click the option below: „Contact us to create an account.”

Please complete the questionnaire afterward. Fields marked with an *asterisk are mandatory.

2. Select the product

Traditional bike or pedelec, Gepida or Topeak accessory – you will surely find what you need.

If you have already reviewed the specifications and they meet your expectations, add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

You can choose from multiple sizes and colors if you go back to the category.
Adding an item to the cart does not imply any payment obligation and does not yet count as an order.

If the choosed product is out of stock, you can request an e-mail notification about the availability of it

3. Click on „pay” or continue the shopping

On the CART page you still can „continue shopping”, and modify the quantity. If all the choosed items is in your cart, click on the „Go to checkout”.

4. Provide your personal data and select delivery method

At this point, you have the option to update the existing address, add a new one, or proceed to the shipping method.

You have the option to select your preferred shipping method. Please choose according to your needs, then proceed to the „payment methods.”

5. Select payment

If you wish to modify the billing address, you can still do so here.

6. Familiarise yourself with our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Pilicy. Then click on „Send order”

You have reached the order summary page, where you can review the products and quantities you wish to order and leave a message if needed.

Please review your order, and if everything is correct, accept our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click the "Order" button.

We will inform you about the status of your order via e-mail. If you do not receive your order confirmation e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you have any further question please contact us via e-mail on info@gepida.com e-mail address.

7. Your order has been processed

If everything has been selected correctly and you have accepted the terms, the following message will appear during the finalization of your order:
